Wheelchair-bound emcee Liang Yi returned to her hometown Loudi in Hubei
Province for her visa on March 21. She will be rewarded the Concern of
Human Life prize by the Chou Ta-kuan Cultural and Educational Foundation
and will arrive in Taipei on May 17 to attend the award presenting
ceremony.
