200,000 yuan "Man-Han Feast"

Dough figures imitating agrand event of Qing dynasty (1616-1911) placed
in front of the delicacies is shown in a hotel in Shenyang on Aug. 10,
2005. The hotel rehearsed for the Man-Han Feast demonstration for
welcoming Mongolian relatives. The demonstration reappeared the grand
event of Emperor Qianlong's tour to eastern China and strictly in
accordance with the royal etiquettes. Such demonstration will serve 196
cold, hot, meaty and vegetarian dishes, including Buddha Jumps over the
Wall and Colorful Butterflies Playing with Peonies, which are rare royal
cuisines. The demonstration cost the hotel 200,000 yuan and over 100
staff were engaged in the demonstration.
