New rural five-virtue family

The family of 71-year-old Wei Mingzhi in Henan's Luoning County was
honored as a five-virtue family on Apr. 5. At the awarding ceremony, Wei
smiled from ear to ear. Luoning County actively launched selection
campaigns for civilized households, amiable fathers-in-law and
mothers-in-law, obedient daughters-in-law and five-virtue families, which
promoted construction of a harmonious society and a new socialist rural
area.
