Cushions with portraits

www.chinanews.cn 2006-04-25 15:49:24

Aged Chinese tourists from Southeast Asia were attracted by cushions with
portraits with distinct Chinese characteristics and were carefully
appreciating and selecting these cushions at Shanghai Tang, a well-known
booth in Shanghai Xintiandi's North Block, on April 23. They said
smilingly that just as children are fond of cartoon cushions, they feel
like facing a close friend at the sight of such cushions with portraits
they have been familiar with since childhood.
