Folk culture introduced to schools

In order to pass down and carry forward traditional Chinese culture, Qidu
Town of Linzi District in Shandong's Zibo City has taken the lead in
introducing traditional folk culture named Xinzi, a show in which a boy
or a girl in opera costumes is tied to an iron stick that is tightly
fixed onto a socket, to school-based curriculum development in
kindergartens. The Qidu education commission has invited local folk
artists to give lessons in schools for many times and has made costumes
and properties, carrying forward this folk culture.
