No. 1 farmer pilot tries commercial flights

Tan Chengnian, a farmer from Shandong's Weifang City who had successfully
flown his self-developed plane in 2005, announced to the media on April
23 that he would use his plane to make money. He decided to try
commercial flights starting from May 1. He plans to open two businesses
and names his plane "bride," which will carry newly weds who get married
during the May Day holiday "golden week". For ordinary passengers, the
charge will be 200 Yuan (US$25) per flight.
