In order to welcome the 24th Luoyang Peony Festival which will be open on
April 10th, Henan's Luoyang City started a new city beautification and
lighting project in early 2006, which has been completed by March 28.
When night falls, the large-scale lighting facilities and musical
fountain begin operation on the 178,500-square-meter lake at the new area
convention and exhibition center, creating a colorful world.
