A Chinese-style fast food called "cloddish" clay oven baked wheat cake
has become a new favorite food of Beijing gourmets recently. Such a
"Chinese-style pizza" was brought by a group of migrants to Hubei's Enshi
more than 100 years ago and gradually became an essential delicacy of
local Tujia and Miao ethnic groups. Recently it became another popular
food in Beijing after spicy crayfish, Sichuan-flavored poached fish, and
spicy and salty duck neck.
