Appreciating plum blossoms on wetland

The supreme sight of plum blossoms in Xixi National Wetland Park, which
kept silent for a century, will open to the public from Feb. 18 to Mar.
25, 2006. It is the first time for Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park to
hold the "Xixi plum blossom appreciation festival" since it opened in May
2005. After the refitting of the Xixi wetland, the 49.5-odd-acre "Xixi
Plum Villa" has more than 3,000 plum trees, and this place will become
the chief scenic spot for tourists to appreciate plum blossoms.
