Stunt of Miao nationality
www.chinanews.cn 2005-07-11 15:25:35
Lusheng (reed-pipe wind instrument) is a type of instrument without which
Miao males can not live. Photo shows three Miao young men climbed up a
wooden rod at a height of 18 meters with their bare hands in the Miao
Village of the Dehang in west Hunan province in early July. They
performed the stunt of playing the lusheng in the upper air only with
their feet hanging on a colorful rope without any other protections.
