A lamp decoration named "an elephant pulling a sacred coach" made of
scrapped bottles in the hospital showed up at Luoyang's Wangcheng Park on
March 23. In order to welcome the 24th Luoyang Peony Festival which will
be open on April 10th, staff of the Wangcheng Park creatively used
thousands of scrapped bottles in the hospital to make a magnificent and
vivid artwork after processing. They also wanted to arouse people's
awareness of environmental protection.
