Students from Class 9 Grade 2005 of the school of literature in
Shandong's Liaocheng University were watching a photo exhibition called
"wheat field program" on the "May 4th" square in the university on Mar.
11. 300-odd students from the school signed up for this young volunteers'
campaign that morning. This program is China's first private school aid
organization initiated by an ordinary volunteer named Mo Weiqiang from
Guangdong's Xinhui City, and to date it has attracted 5,000-odd
volunteers in 40-odd universities throughout China. The volunteers will
help rural students go through their study.
