Female peacekeepers celebrated Women's Day

Female peacekeepers from around the world working in Haiti's
Port-au-Prince held a seminar about women's rights on Mar. 7 to celebrate
the Women's Day on the 8th. The seminar covered four aspects, including
what challenges confront women in the peacekeeping regions and how they
could offer more help to Haitian women. 38 peacekeeping policewomen from
15 nations, including 4 from the Chinese riot police, attended the
seminar.
