Spring is the peak period for Beijing's commercial and industrial units
to conduct annual inspection of enterprises. Despite its heavy workload,
the Industrial & Commercial Bureau of Beijing's Xicheng District
dispatched staff members to offer "door-to-door services" to foreign
trade companies engaged in special business to ease their concerns.
