Prowl car for consumer's right protection

For the convenience of consumers, Jiangsu's first environment-friendly
"12315" prowl car appeared in Nanjing's Xinjiekou area early this month.
This 50,000 yuan worth (US$6,200) prowl car will patrol around the
Xinjiekou business district to receive consumers' complaints, settle
consumption dispute cases timely, and investigate and punish trading of
counterfeits and low-quality products.
