Pupils built nest for birds
www.chinanews.cn 2006-03-09 16:45:35
Two children from a primary school in Shandong were working on a bird's
nest in class on Mar. 8th. The young pioneers' group of Jiehu Central
Primary School in Shandong's Yinan County was awarded the title of
"national red flag young pioneers' group." Since the spring began, the
school organized all young pioneers to make various types of bird's nests
with straws and foam sheets. They put the nests on trees in the school,
hoping that the birds could escape from avian flu and return home safely.
