Professor Yang Binghui with the Medical College of Fudan University
delivered a speech titled "a good seed cannot grow without soil and a
happy life cannot last without health" to over 1,000 citizens at the
"college for the public" in Jiangsu Province's Taizhou City on Feb. 20.
Taizhou City set up the "college for the public" according to needs of
its citizens, who can attend lectures about etiquette, sanitation and
healthcare given by nationwide famous experts.
