Cooking champion performs in his hometown

Zhao Zheng, champion of CCTV's cooking competition, returned to his
hometown -- Anhui's Chuzhou City on July 11, 2005. He performed before
the media his masterful cooking skills at the hotel he stayed at. Photo
shows Zhao Zheng was cooking a dish on roaring fire, turning the wok at
times. Chinese cuisines lay great emphasis on fire control.
