Advection fog of Shandong's Penglai

At 5.30 pm on Aug. 3, advection fog flew to offshore Penglai, gently
covering the waist of Changshan Isles. The gleaming Isles look like a
fairy mountain under the mysterious veil of fog. According to
meteorologists, advection fog is one of the three wonders on the sea of
Penglai, the other two being mirage that reflects landscapes from afar
and superior mirage that reflects landscapes nearby. When dense fog on
the sea is raised by light wind and floats horizontally in mid-air, it
forms advection fog.
