Books on sinology become best sellers

www.chinanews.cn 2006-02-09 14:30:17

A child was picking books on sinology in Zhengzhou's Book Center of
Xinhua Book Store on Feb. 4th, 2006. During the Spring Festival, Chinese
classics such as "Three Character Primer," "Hundred Family Names,"
"1000-character Essay" and "Standards for Students" became best sellers.
In the Book Center, many parents stopped in front of the shelves of books
on sinology with their children. Nowadays, such books both suitable for
adults and adapted according to children's characteristics with pictures
and text are available in the market.
