Beijing's "blue sky" project achieved

The photo taken on Decenmber 21 in Beijing shows the blue curtain of
night is raised up. As Beijing's air quality achieved good level on the
same day, the Beijing Municipal Government's goal of 230 blue sky days
for 2005 was met. To improve Beijing's air quality, a "blue sky"
projection was conducted, setting out the number of the days in a year
with clear sky.
