Strong festive atmosphere of rural temple fair

At the temple fair in Zhouying Village, Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang
City, Shandong Province, the streets teemed with stalls for various types
of local-flavor snacks and artworks. The most eye-catching items were
definitely the folk feats such as paper-cutting, pinching dough figures,
painting on gourds and wielding wooden sword performed by folk artists on
the spot, which added strong festive atmosphere to the rural regions in
the first month of the lunar calendar.
