Free kindergarten opened in Shandong

A free kindergarten located in the Chengjiaoxu Resident Community of
Shandong's Yanggu County was opened on Feb. 16th. Chengjiaoxu Resident
Community is composed of over 500 households. Busy with business or work
in urban areas, they do not have adequate time to look after their
children. Therefore, this resident community built a kindergarten to
provide free pre-school education for the children.
