A young man of Xibe ethnic groups from Xinjiang Autonomous Region's
Chabuchaer County showed off the power of the bow and arrow of Xibe
ethnic groups at the exhibition hall of the 14th China Urumchi Foreign
Economic Relations and Trade Fair on Sept. 2. Arrow shooting is a
physical event of the Xibe ethnic groups with a long history. When the
army and citizens of the Xibe ethnic groups moved to Xinjiang's Yili,
arrow and bow used to be major weapons of the army troops of Xibe ethnic
groups.

Two Tajik girls from Xinjiang's Tush-kurghan presented the local
hand-made handbags and colorful hats to the participants of the 14th
China Urumchi Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Fair in the exhibition
hall on Sept. 2. This trade fair attracted over 900 domestic and foreign
enterprises and the number of domestic and foreign participants amounted
to 50,000.
